Advanced Podcasting Garageband

Step One - Get all of your assets together in iPhoto or iTunes.
Step Two - Create a script in parts - connect each part to a picture
Record voice script - add music - add pictures
Export as AAC to include pictures. An Mp3 will not include your pictures. Exporting to iTunes will only play in iTunes and cannot be attached to a blog or wicki. So alternately, create your podcast in iMovie.
You can also add a movie to podcasts in Garageband. Go to Track and add movie by dragging onto the podcast track from your movie file or iTunes. It will replace your podcast track.
Stop and break things as you record so that you can put jingles and sound effects in without splitting tracks.

Controls:
red button: enable and disable recording
speaker: is a mute to mute that track
headphone: will make this track a solo
lock: will lock track and protect it
track volume: will open track volume window
ducking: will automatically turn volume up or down on that track
panning: raising and lowering volume at different segments.
